Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Dart Circle application ("the App") developed by Wes Dorman ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

Dart Circle is a darts scoring and competitive gaming app. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.

2. Accounts

You sign in using Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID and for all activity that occurs under your account. You may choose a display name that will be visible to other users.

3. Subscriptions

The App offers an optional premium subscription that unlocks additional features. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms for in-app subscriptions, including auto-renewal and cancellation policies. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

4. User Conduct

When using multiplayer features, you agree not to:

  • Use offensive, abusive, or inappropriate display names
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other players
  • Cheat, exploit bugs, or manipulate game results
  • Attempt to disrupt the service or other players' experience

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in the App are owned by Wes Dorman and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wes Dorman shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the App or this page.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the App and request account deletion at any time by contacting chutapps@gmail.com.
